For a while my computer has been restarting randomly with no warning. When i first built it, it was fine for month, but I moved to my college and it started having this issue.

Sometimes it happens a few minutes after I start it up, and other times it doesn't happen for hours.

I've re installed windows 8 many times and replaced every part in the computer except for the ram which I've run a memtest on and that came up with no issues.

I've also checked the temperature of the CPU with RealTemp, and it isnt running hot when it shuts down.

At this point I don't know what else to do, this issue is really frustrating

Parts:
Motherboard: Gigabyte z87x-ud4h
Processor: Intel i5 4670k with standard cooler
Graphics Card: HIS 7950 IceQ Turbo
Samsung 840 PRO Series 128gb SSD
Western Digital 1TB HDD
Power Supply: Corsair AX 750W Gold

Any help on how to fix this would be awesome

Are you living in a dorm? Is it possible to try using the pc with an uninterruptable power supply ? having replaced every part but ram rules out a lot of hardware issues it could be(tentatively at least). This could be an issue of not getting clean power from the wall.

Thanks for responding, Yes I'm living in a dorm, but I'm not really sure where I'd find something like that. It is plugged into a power hub/surge protector, would plugging it directly into the wall change anything?

It could, if the power strip is whats causing the issue. Try plugging just the tower into the wall directly, and see how it does.

Update:
I plugged the computer directly into the wall, but it still restarted on it's own.

Strange. My computer is doing the exact same thing. I have the same CPU as you do. hmmm...

Mine randomly does it like 20-30 mins in. Mostly when I am downloading or copying large files. Is this the same for you?

Well recently its been able to run for whole days without shutting down, but sometimes still happens a few minutes after turning on, or maybe an hour or two, its pretty random. Normally happens while under load, but can happen while idling as well.
