I have a Dell XPS 410 and its 250GB HDD is full, so I thought that I could use an old, empty one I had lying around, but it uses the really old ribbon cables, but the computer doesn't have a port for it, is there any way that this computer can still access this drive?

No. Even if it did i wouldn't use it because 1) they don't make 90 Degree 4 pin molex adapters for where the hard drives go in those Dell machines. You would have to get a 5.25 to 3.5 adapter kit and put it in the DVD Drive Bay. There are other ways that i recently posted to someone who is trying to do pretty much the same thing here
