One large and three small monitors

I just purchased 4 gtx 780 ti, three samsung 19in monitors and one 4k big hdtv (56in). The hdtv will only be used with pc (not a big tv fan). I want the tv to work only when I'm working/gaming from my bed and the other three monitors to be off. while I'm sitting at the table, I want these three monitors working and the large one to be off. sometimes I will only require the middle small screen to be on. My question is that how am I suppose to get the desired effect?

4 sli gtx 780 ti AMP
8gb RAM
1200w Platinum PSU

Your computer has no way of knowing where you are sitting or able to read your mnd as to what monitor configuration you are looking for.

Your simpilist option is to build a monitor profile for each scenario that you want and then you can toggle between them. You can then have one profile with just the TV, and another profile with the three monitors, you can even go as far as to program a hotkey for each proifile or even set it to a command on a Windows remote if you had one and wished to do it that way.
