I just installed the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Pro All-In-One Liquid Cooling System CLW0223 and the fans just wont shut up, when 1 is plugged in it's quiet, when both are plugged in they are 10x louder. Could it be a loose screw? I tried tightening them and loosening them and didn't hear any change.

No I haven't but it's a constant thing, it doesn't start up under heavy loads, just when the computer turns on. I've noticed that if I put my hand infront of the airflow of the back fan it gets quite a bit quieter (to acceptable levels at least).

are you running push-pull configuration ? and also check the rpm of these fans by HWmonitor or any other monitoring software... if they are running on a high so it should be noisy . but installing fans is an important thing ... vibration cause fan to go loud

Fan1 is running at 1480-1485rpm
Fan2 is running at 2080-2090rpm
But Im not sure if those are case fans (not the ones making noise) or CPU fans

where you plugged those fans ....?
these are running on high rpm ... if they are those fans ... unplug other case fans then check it ... you have installed a cooler on your processor so these two fans are your cpu cooler fans . ..

The CPU fans are plugged into "CPU_OPT". The 2 fans use a power splitter to attach to the same plug. The pump itself is plugged into "CPU_FAN". Should those be the other way around?

so these are running on high rpm... have you installed the cooler and thermal paste properly? cause if cpu is going on heat so fans automatically going on high ...

My CPU is sitting at 32C right now which is 17C lower then usual so I think I installed it correctly. The pump came with some thermal paste already on it so I just used that.
