About to pick up another 7950, wondering if it will work well with the fx 8120 clocked at 4ghz, if anyone could share experiences and what not that would be great, thanks

The compatibility is determined by the motherboard and not the CPU. If you're asking whether it's going to be a bottleneck, then no, maybe in a few games.

I would just make sure your motherboard supports CrossFireX and your PSU has enough wattage.

List their model numbers if you are unsure.

I usually over clock to 1100 core clock for a single card now im trying to leave it with stock clocks, i might uninstall everything and try again. So far bf4 got worse performance from crossfire

After lots of playing around ive come to this conclusion. Through many game benchmarks and unigine heaven bench mark, crossfire has done amazing, unigine heaven went from 38 to 73, and performance boosts like that. BUT in bf4 single player ultra is like 70-110 fps with crossfire at 1080p, Multiplayer on the other hand is different. If im playing with lets say 32 people or above, i get lower fps like 45-55 no matter what my settings are, low or ultra, Therefore CPU bottleneck?
