Need help with a newegg order

i ordered a few things from newegg just yesterday to start building my new pc it seems ive gotten everything but one thing didnt process right and i got a email from newegg stating the following


We do everything we can to ensure the best shopping experience possible. Occasionally due to complications that arise during the verification process, not every order is able to be processed when our system detects an error.

Unfortunately, during the verification process, your order has been voided and in return any authorized sales amount has been released for a refund immediately. It may take up to 3-5 business days for your issuing bank to make the funds available. You may wish to contact your bank or credit provider for more information.




I dont understand what this means i had more than enough money for everything i ordered i got a sales number in the email but i dont know how to search for the item now i dont know what didnt process and im confused on why it didnt work

I'm guessing one of two things:

1) Every item you ordered is out of stock (unlikely)
2) You have a spending limit on your bank account and your order exceeded that amount (it's happened to me). It's a security feature banks offer now and some people (like me) forget about it. Each time I needed to make a Newegg order over $250, I had to call my bank and let them know to authorize the purchase.

I'd recommend contacting your bank.

Im asking because i know people here order from newegg many of times and probably have gotten this problem and know how to solve it as for me ordering computer parts for the first time in my life theres your answer.
