i ordered a few things from newegg just yesterday to start building my new pc it seems ive gotten everything but one thing didnt process right and i got a email from newegg stating the following

I dont understand what this means i had more than enough money for everything i ordered i got a sales number in the email but i dont know how to search for the item now i dont know what didnt process and im confused on why it didnt work
