GPU black screen

After installing my new GPU,when I turn on my pc an image appears (http://prntscr.com/30up5o) but when i press del/f9/f12/end nothing happens and after ~2 minutes a black screen appears and nothing happens

im trying to acess my bios because windows is not loading and I wwant to see if my hd is there

Ok, now I understand. There are several things that could cause a problem like yours. First is an inadequate power supply. Are the GPU fans spinning? What is your new GPU, and what is the wattage of your PSU?

Next possibility is a RAM issue. The first thing I would recommend is to re-seat the RAM. Next I would download memtest and let it run overnight.

my config : i3 2100, 8gb ram, gtx 760, 2 hds, 500w power supply. and I already tried to re-seat my ram

I can't read your mind. Have you changed from integrated to PCI EXPRESS X16 SLOT in your BIOS?
Have you tried another GPU. Have you tried going back to the integrated graphics?

I tried my old gpu and it is working
