A good gaming computer for ~1,400 or cheaper?

I am looking for a computer that will be used for gaming.

I currenty play LoL but can only play at medium settings to get 60 fps. I cannot touch high or very high.

I bought Rome 2 Total War a while back and can't even play that game because my computer lags too much for it.

I'd also like to be able to play battlefield 4. So maybe a computer that'd be capable of running higher resource games on higher/maybe ultra (if possible) settings and still get a great fps?

I'm not particularly interested in building a computer. I'm not very capable of doing stuff along those lines. My current computer is this- http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03154290&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en#N174

So I'd need a major upgrade from that computer.

either way, you cant upgrade that pc enough to be worth it, well, you may be able to keep the case, ram, hdd, and optical drive. but as that mobo only supports zambezii cores, that is a dead-end.

Oh I don't want to upgrade it. I'm giving that away. I want to buy a brand new one. I just didn't know where to turn for advice and I thought this might be the best place.

do you know enough about how to build a pc? you can watch some youtube videos on how to do it. you dont have to know why things work, just where to plug them in. if you are uncomfortable about building it yourself, then ill make sure all the parts are sold by NCIX, and they will build it for you for about $50. in the mean time, ill go build a $1350 pc

it would be best to just leave your current one alone, and use it for non-gaming things.

this will run any game on ultra at 1080p, but not for too long. within a year, it will probly drop down to max settings at 720p and very high at 1080p.

What would you choose for a computer if you were to choose a premade one?

What do you think of alienware x51 specifically one with these specs-

this is just about the same as what i posted but it comes all pre-made and with windows and drivers installed, and a 3-year warranty. and the only reason i chose 2400 ram is cuz it was like $12 more than 1333 XD but this didnt include a ssd, they are overpriced on this site.
