Upgrading RAM, which one of these is better and what is the best timing?

Which one of these is better?

Pro is faster the lower the latency and timing numbers the faster it is although in real world you will not notice any difference between the 2.

Out of those two, the Vengeance Pro is better for lower timing.
Out of all the RAMs, neither one of those two because of their pricing.

The Pro is the better of the two, though highly overpriced, can get GSkill Trident X 1600 with a 7 CL for about $10 less or a set of 1600/9 GSkill Snipers for about $25 less and put that savings into something else
