My computer will not pickup my microphone on my Carcharias headset

As my title says my microphone is not working at all, I am new to razer and in fact new to using computers I am having troubles setting up my microphone on my Carcharias headphones, please help :) My actual problem is My computer cant pickup the mic, someone said it was something to do with the driver if that is the problem how can I fix that?

You have to go into BIOS and disable USB 3.0. I actually helped a guy 2 days ago with the EXACT problem, even the same Razer Megladon mic. Give me a sec and I will locate the article explaining what it going on. In the meantime, enter BIOS and look to disable USB 3.0. I can't recall exactly but it looked like "dciX" or something.
