Hello. On this forum I read that the AMD FX 8320 is the exact same cpu as the 8350 and 9370.
Is this true? I cannot find any article or information on AMD's website that seems to indicate this but sounds true to me.
I was going to buy the 8350
but if it is true could I just buy the 8320 and overclock it to almost the same 9370?
Currently the 8320 is like $150, 8350 is like $190 and 9370 is like $240
I know I would have buy a non stock cooler.
Say buy the $150 8230 and put a $35-$45 cooler on it?
How do I know how much a cooler can cool? Would say
the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus get the 8320 to 9370 clock speed?
(Are all AMD FX's overclock unlocked?)
I've never done overclocking before so if I could I wouldn't mind a good tutorial link too.
Thanks!!
