Hi, I just purchased an X2O 750 Bayres/Pump (Black) V4 reservoir by XSPC. It says it fits in my external drive bays.
I don't know what an external drive bay is. I'm freaking out because I have no clue where or if my case has these, and if it will fit.
I have an NZXT Guardian 921. Does this have enough drive bays to fit the reservoir? Please help!

I believe this is the reservoir: http://shop.xs-pc.com/xsp/XSPC-Dual-525-Bay-Reservoir-Alu-Front_25391.html

That is strange. If you put it into an external drive bay then you will have to run tubes into your case and if the is the case what is the point of a drive bay reservoir. Are you sure they don't mean the 5 1/4 optical drive bays?

This thing is intended to fit in a slot that an optical drive slips in to? That doesn't seem practical

It doesn't even look thin enough to fit in an optical drive bay. Are you sure?

The video does not show how or where the reservoir is installed, unless I am mistaken. I'm still not convinced it fits in the optical drive bay, though...

I am so sorry! I didn't see your second video! Yes, now I believe you, I thought you meant 1 optical drive bay. Thanks!

Whenever someone mentions external bays, they mean either the optical drive bays or floppy disc drive bays which are exposed externally on the case. Internal drive bays are any bays which don't break outside of the case.

BTW, you reservoir does fit into your external drive bays, it just happens to need a pair of them.
