Hi guys, i just got a Enthoo Primo with my Gigabyte 990FX-UD3 mobo and im not sure if i should plug in the molex pin.
does it fry my motherboard when i do that? (heard someones motherboard got fried by doing that and connecting the fan hub to his motherboard)

@SimpleEffect The molex connector on the PWM hub is to supply additional power to your fans relieving stress on the MB header. If you have the hub connected to a PWM header(CPU or CPU_OPT) then the PWM hub will control the fans connected by using the PWM signal from the MB. If you connect the PWM hub to a Voltage Controlled header(CHA_FAN1,2,3) then by plugging in the molex connector, the fans will run at full speed because the molex power would override the voltage control of the MB header. I hope this makes sense.
