I'm in the process of building my first computer, but I'm stuck on which video card to purchase. I do plan on SLI somewhere down the road, but not right now. Which card should I get? Also, what kind of power supply should I be looking at given that I want to SLI in the future?

well, after 10 min of googling your psu, ive come to the conclusion it has 2 6-pin pcie connectors and 2 6+8 pin pcie connectors, which is enough for either a 780 or a 780 ti 2-say sli. however, the 12v rail has 70 amps, and both the 780 and the 780 ti can take up to 42 amps, so you cannot sli them with your current psu. so, i would get a 780 ti, and in the future if you want to sli then get a better psu.

For the $500 range you can get either the R9 290X or GTX 780.

They trade blows in games, so the one you pick won't make too much of a difference. I'd wait for a sale and get the cheaper one.

The 780 Ti is in the $700 range. It's obviously a better card, but might be too deep for your pockets.
