My new motherboard restarts after i push the start button

Motherboard: GIGABYTE h81m-s2ph
Case: Cooler Master K280

I built my computer but when i push the button the computer keep restarting....

Note: I didn't place any thing extra only these two

Try pressing the button with only the CPU/ATX power connectors plugged in, no RAM, no storage, no GPU.

No, they are fine, leave them plugged in.

Still i didn't help, and by the way i have only the case and the motherboard i plugged in the 24 pin and 8 pin connector

So what happened when you try to boot it with only those 2 power connectors plugged in? Nothing, no motherboard green light either? What about beeps?
