well it has onboard audio 8channel
it also has a lan port (ethernet port)
so unless you think you need it then no
the board doesnt come with wifi but does have onboard audio if you really dont need wifi you can use the lan port to connect to the internt

Yes if you want to use wireless, yes if you prefer dedicated sound card. I don't recommend getting a sound card as most people are feeling good about onboard audio.
