Their all the same pretty much just different cooling solutions it is one of best performers for cost/performance ratio or you could look for a gtx 670 used its a bit faster and would probably be cheaper as it would be used.

6 and 7 series use the same gpu they are the same gtx 680 is actually renamed to gtx 770 right now but 760 is a little slower than 670 it gets a little confusing but that's the way it is. I just looked up 660 TI is 760 so it makes sense that 670 is faster.
