I purchased the Corsair 230T case with my first PC build and want to swap the two front fans. However, I am having trouble removing the front fascia of the case. All the links I've come across online were ambiguous as some reported having to remove screws and others said you just needed to release the 6 tabs on the side.

I have been able to release the bottom two tabs of the front, but the top two won't seem to budge. I suspect that there are screws holding it in place but the only ones that I can see are stripped. I do not want to use any force due to fear of breaking the front part of the case. Any help would be much appreciated.

The only screws you have to unscrew are the ones that keep the side panels in place (2x thumb screws on the back). At least I didn't have to unscrew anything else when I took off the front fascia on my 230T.
But there are 6 small tabs - as you said - that keep the fascia in place (3 on each side). The bottom and middle two should be easy to find. The top ones are a kinda hidden. You have to take off both side panels and reach up inside the top corner, then you should feel the last two tabs.
