Compatibility for sapphire 6670

I have an old pc running Asus P5G41C-MLX motherboard with core 2duo E7500 processor coupled with 4+2 GB DDR3 RAM and corsair CX500 PSU. Now my question is can this configuration able to run sapphire HD 6670 1GB DDR5 crad??

Good to know that. Do I need any special setting before or after installing the card. Currently I'm running XFX 9500GT 1GB DDR2

No! just remove old card and install new one, after install latest drivers for your brand new card by following instructions!
