It's a good PSU and compatible with Haswell CPU's.
I also couldn't find on EggXpert so i think it's newer model PSU

Yes it's also solid PSU so it's a tier 2 PSU and just for note when you come to chose PSU choose between Sesonic (#1), XFX (made by Seasonic), Antec and Corsair (Except CX line)!
And you'll be fine!

This is my build so far not sure about do Sli but most likely will over clock so will 750W do?

For SLI recommended PSU is 850W so i wouldn't cheap on PSU for that system!

Really won't do SLI? Because later if you change your decision, after purchasing PSU it will be too late
If you won't do SLI than quality good 650W would plenty!

Well I wont be doing high end gaming and stuff like that and a Gtx 780 is a very good GPU so I might go with the Seasonic 750 for head space

And will a i54670k be good for gaming with out the GPU be bottlenecked?

It's an awesome CPU for gaming and won't bottleneck anything! so the difference between i7 and i5 in gaming = 0~5% and i think it's not worth the money unless you're going to make photo video editing machine! :)

Yes i wanted gaming machine and i got gaming machine, gaming PC can work without SSD but cannot without good GPU!

780 is one of the most powerful GPU's on the market now and if you can get SSD with 780 get them!
