I played this game long time ago so I'll write all that i can remember and maybe you know the one that i am talking about.
In beginning you wake up really hurt in hospital/laboratory you are bold white guy and you have magic powers you have to beat up few guards and escape.+ You can lift things with your magic powers and throw them to enemies or for your mission, You can use your ghost to get inside of AI and manipulate them(like to shoot their enemies) and other magical stuff..
You hear crying of supernatural girls or children who call you for help
Missions that i remember
One is when you have to break your crazy wife? I think out from crazy house where you fight crazy people and guards
Second is when you are training like fire arms or how to move around
Third is when you have to get a tatoo to be able to go inside of this gangster's hangout to talk to this black friend of yours
another one is you are in snow and there are armies of people coming and fighting each other
in the end you have to kill this professor who did all this bad things to this experimental children and this children will eat this professor or something.....
and you wear glasses and you are playing in two time period
in one you have no hair in other you have hair and geeky glasses i think you have glasses in both periods of time
SO yeah not much to go on its an old game BTW
I am not sure but I think its came out somewhere between 2002 and 2007?
