You sure can, and today you can buy wireless hardware that has more then one network built in at different frequencies. I bought one that lets me have both a secure wireless network for all my personal computers and printers and then a guest network setup for family and friends that visit with wireless devices. Here is the router that I have http://reviews.cnet.com/routers/asus-rt-ac68u-dual/4505-3319_7-35828165.html It will actually allow you to have up to 6 guest networks at once.

There is a very big difference between how much data you download in a month and the rate you can down load. There is nobody that has a unlimited rate. If you are very lucky you might live in one of the rate areas you can get 1g/sec but even 100m is not common. Most people are in the 10m-20m range. Even a very simple wireless network will exceed 10-20m.

I am in the UK we get unlimited download.

That is like saying your car can go unlimited miles. Sure the car can go a million miles if it does not break down but nobody really cares about that. The miles per hour is much more important. Data is the same way it is how many mbits/sec and I promise it is not unlimited.
