I have a lenevo Z510 Ideapad series laptop with following configuration :
OS : Microsoft Windows 8.1
Version : 6.3.9600 Build 9600
Processor : Intel Core(TM) i7-4702MQ CPU @ 2.20 GHz,4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
Installed RAM : 8GB
Graphics Card 1 : Intel HD GRaphics 4600, Adapter RAM - 2 GB
Graphics Card 2 : NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M, Adapter RAM - 2 GB

Even after this configuration, System shows "zero" dedicated video memory. See the pic here : http://imageshack.com/a/img22/9984/xuf9.png

I have installed GTA 4 on my system but can't play till this issue is resolved. GTA 4 throwing error that dedicated video memory is exceeding the allocated sources by system.

Any ideas ?

Solution
That is correct actually. Integrated graphics doesn't have dedicated video memory. You are looking at integrated graphics HD 4600 specs. You have probably not installed the Nvidia Graphics drivers. Install them and see what you get in Nvidia Control Panel
