Hello guys.

I need help with picking out parts for my first pc.
I want to play League of Legends on Mid-to-High settings (if possible).

My budget is about 20,000.00Php (447.92 USD).
I live in the Philippines sad to say, but the prices are higher here.
I prefer buying parts from this websites: http://iconverge.biz/ and http://pcx.com.ph/.
I want it also to be black as possible and running on Intel processors.

Any help will be much appreciated :D
PS. I don't mind playing on Integrated Graphics of Intel

Intel build:

i3 4130 - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/processor/intel-core-i3-4130.html

MSI h87 g43 - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/motherboard/msi-h87m-g43.html

Toshiba 1TB 7200rpm HDD - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/internal-hdd/toshiba-1tb-7200rpm-3-5-sata-dt01aca100.html

DDR3 1600mhz RAM 2GB x2 http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/memory/kingston-2gb-ddr3-pc1600-kvr16n11s6-2.html (buy two of these)

Case - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/chassis/raidmax-super-hurricane-blk-usb3-0.html

Seasonic psu - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/power-supply/seasonic-s12ii-520-520w-80-bronze.html

Samsung optical drive - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/optical-drives/samsung-22x-sh-s22a-sata.html

HD 4600 integrated graphics

Total: 20,410Php

Much better AMD build:

FX 6300 6 core processor - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/processor/amd-fx-6300.html

Asus M5A78L motherboard - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/motherboard/asus-m5a78l-m-lx3.html

Toshiba 1TB 7200rpm HDD - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/internal-hdd/toshiba-1tb-7200rpm-3-5-sata-dt01aca100.html

DDR3 1600mhz RAM 2GB x2 http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/memory/kingston-2gb-ddr3-pc1600-kvr16n11s6-2.html (buy two of these)

Case - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/chassis/raidmax-super-hurricane-blk-usb3-0.html

Seasonic psu - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/power-supply/seasonic-s12ii-520-520w-80-bronze.html

Samsung optical drive - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/optical-drives/samsung-22x-sh-s22a-sata.html

An actual graphics card - Powercolor hd 7770 - http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/graphics-card/powercolor-hd7770-1gb-gddr5-128bit-ax7770-1gbd5-dh.html

Total: 22,260Php

At this price point AMD processors offer a lot better bang for buck - the AMD build is 3x better than the intel build (at running games) for only 10% more money.

EDIT: A little benchmark of HD 7770: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/battlefield-4-graphics-card-performance,review-32798-7.html

League of Legends: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oPLKFzIRCA
80+ fps settings maxed out.

This really is a great little card :)

That AMD build looks awesome :wahoo:

But since I'm playing with these..
Monitor
http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/peripherals/monitor/aoc-16-led-e1660sw-wide-blk.html.

Keyboard / Mouse
http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/gaming/cm-storm/cm-storm-devastator-kb-mouse.html.
..It limits my resolution to 1366x768.

Do you have any cheaper recommendations? Just enough for 1366x768 resolution.

Also is this case good? It says that it already have a PSU with it, and it really looks good.

Any help will always be appreciated :D

I don't particularly trust any PSU that comes with a case. Normally of very low quality. That seasonic PSU is very high quality as anyone would tell you seasonic make the best PSUs. You don't want to skimp on a PSU because if it fails it could take out the rest of the build with it. Having said that it could be good, it's just better to be safe than sorry.

The case itself however is a very high quality case, at least according to this site: http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/cases_cooling/coolermaster_silencio_352_review/7

Plus it's micro-ATX which is just right for that AMD mobo. If you want it, I say go for it!

As for the graphics card, with a lower resolution that HD 7770 will be even awesomer! I couldn't find a cheaper card. There's this: http://pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/graphics-card/powercolor-hd7730-1gb-gddr5-128bit-ax7730-1gbd5-he.html

But see for yourself: http://uk.hardware.info/reviews/4801/6/budget-video-cards-amd-radeon-hd-7730-vs-nvidia-geforce-gt-640-gk208-battlefield-3-and-bioschock-infinite

It's less than half the performance. I would just pay the extra and go for the HD 7770.
