300w Is it enough?help home built

Hi guys i bought new parts for new homebuilt low-med gaming pc and i couldnt buy a new psu so im going to use my old psu http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2056834/years-psu-power.html heres the threat for the power it rests so now the parts:
an
Intel® Core(TM)2 Duo Processor E7400
(3M Cache, 2.80 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB)

Nvidia GT610
and 2gb ram
and windows 7 windows proffesional 32bit

300W should be enough if you are not pushing that system to it's absolute limits for hours on end.

The GT 610' recommended PSU amount is 300w, so you'll be fine as long as you do no overclocking.

If you don't overclock and play, as you said, only low-demanding games, then you'll be fine. Good luck!

Games with lower graphics quality, such as Minecraft or LoL. Higher demanding games would be like BF4 or Crysis 3.

A GeForce GT 610 needs at least 16 amps on the 12v rail and a 300 watt power supply.

Neither, it would just shut down the computer. I don't think your system will pull 300W, but you might be close. You might blow the PSU if you over draw from it for too long, otherwise it will just shut down at a certain temperature.

You won't be able to run BF3 or even Crysis on that videocad anyway, so it won't be an issue.

Usually around 30 - 40 C depending on the design.

Some PSU's will shut down the computer when they get too hot.
Some will allow the power to be overdrawn and shut down.
Some will just pop capacitors and explode.
