Where Does The Power Button Plug In?

In the pic as motherboard is placed, you should be connecting all the Front Panel Header in number 9 as in pic given below.

And audio connectors will be plugged in number 4.
It is already mentioned on the motherboard, which connector you have to plug where. Just install them accordingly, without any worries of (+ or -)charges. If something doesn't work exchange the charge and check again. If you have motherboard manual that would be great help.

Connectors' label in 2,4,6,8 should face towards RAM slots. And with label on connectors getting plugged in 1,3,5,7,8,9 will face outside the board.
