last year i installed an asus hd6450 video card in the computer and its was working fine. I am trying to run the full version of mindcraft and it is very slow. Memory is good 4 mg ram and 500gb hd. Is the video card not fast enough or can it be upgraded. I am running windows vista.

No minecraft will not work at max settings on that card. Just to be sure lower down the settings and see if it works. If it does than your graphic card is not good enough.
