Hi was wondering what kind of gaming pc could i get for 600 euro it also has to include an OS windows 7/8.1 i dont mind my budget cant go over 600 euro or should i just go with a ps4 or xbone. i want to be able to play games a 1080p medium-high settings with decent fps
