i need a nay or yay.

400 pounds spent so that's about 650 dollars

cool master midi sized tower.
700W power supply
4gb's of corsair vengeance ram
Asus P8H61-MX USB3 Motherboard
GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
Intel Core i5-3470 Ivy Bridge 3.2GHz
1 trilobite HDD
8 fans total.
windows 7

good for gaming or bad?

Solution
A GTX750ti is a very good and appropriate card for your budget.
It only needs a 450w psu.

I see no value in a new build with ivy bridge.
Haswell is more efficient.
I would think a i3-4330 or similar would be very good.
Few games can effectively use more than 2 cores.
Any lga1150 motherboard will do.

8 fans... really?
Your parts are not that hot.
I have no idea about that, but a single 120mm intake fan would be sufficient.

Ram is cheap, I suggest a 2 x 4gb kit. Speed is not important.

having a 700W even though it does not require it won't burn it out right?

It leaves upgrading space in the future though. Please consider the future in the PSU as well; I'm concerned about the brand of your PSU OP, what is it?
