G3430 Haswell is $100 probably your best bet for Intel, look at FX4300 series for AMD

But AMD's power consumption is hell lot more for the little more performance
Is there any AMD alternative at 100$ instead of FX 4300

Go with g3220, it will be better. Or, if you can find an i3-2120 SB somewhere unsold, with a discount.

Not with a lower TDP. FX6300 is around $110 and offers decent gaming performance.

Pretty much this, the 6300 has 8mb of L3 cache, and IIRC the FX4300 has 6mb L3 cache.
