running prime95 is this healthy?

I was just wondering if this was what was suppost to be showing up. im running an fx 8320.

Yep. that's pretty much what Prime95 looks like...

Unless your machine is crashing or something you generally just want to use Prime95 and watch your temperatures, especially if you have done anything in your machine where you had to reseat your heat sink. Other than seeing errors in there you mostly just ignore what Prime95 is actually showing.

There should be a worker for each core of your processor. Run the test for anything between 12 and 24hrs (with 24hrs+ preferable) to prove your system is stable. I found that the test will take roughly 2hrs to reach peak temperature where it will stay for the rest of the test.
