can not delete local account in win8

I am not able to delete local account in win8 other microsoft account gives the option to delete account in "change setting of that user give these options:-
change the password
set up family safety
manage other accounts

please give me a solution

If this is the only local account with administrator privileges, Windows won't let you delete it.

Make another account with admin privileges and Windows should let you delete the first account.
