I purchased an Asus Z87 Pro motherboard for a new build. Additionally, I purchased and installed the following:
Cooler Master CM Storm Trooper case
Intel i7-4770k
Corsair H100i cpu cooler
Corsair Vengeance 2 x 8gb DDR3
Samsung EVO 750gb SSD
Seagate Barracuda 3tb 3.5" internal HDD
Corsair TX850M psu
ASUS DVD ODD
I am currently using my EVGA GTX 770 2 gb Superclocked with ACX (I'm in the process of stepping up to a 780 with EVGA)
I put it all together and tried to boot to bios. The system turns on and all fans operate, but I get no signal to my monitor through the HDMI cable, and I get error A2 on the motherboard.
This is my 2nd build, so I'm no pro at this. I tried resetting the CMOS, removing all the ram except 1 stick, using other DIMM slots, disconnecting the ODD, using only the HDD,and using only the SSD. It will not boot to bios and I get nothing on my monitor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
