I recently downgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 7 and I downloaded all drivers but the built in bluetooth doesn't work. My laptop is the HP 250 G2 and while I still had windows 8 I made a screenshot of the drivers. Now I can't install the drivers. (the whole 'bluetooth' tab is gone now).

Drivers in windows 7:

So does someone know what to do?
Thanks
(I now have both windows 8 and 7 on my laptop so I could always go back)

I can still see the Bluetooth tab on Win7, but is mission few components. Maybe it's because of incompatibility? Or is the bluetooth driver uninstalled when downgrading?

The exact same laptop is also sold with windows 7 so I guess it is not incompatibility. I may have lost a few drivers but the problem is I don't know where to get those.

I solved it, I've put in a bluetooth dongle, it tried to update but it failed. But when I removed the dongle bluetooth suddenly worked.
So yeah, still don't know how it works, but it works.
