Best CPU for 30+fps Stream Quality? [Specs below]

Hello everyone!

I am currently using a Intel-Core Processor 15-2500k w/ a gtx 660ti overclock edition. My streaming quality is around 22fps and is broadcasted at 1280x720. I would love to go above and beyond that and stream in 1920x1080 and possibly hit 60fps while streaming.

My chipset is a 1155.

What I would do is to overclock that chip to 4.4/4.5 GHz. If you have any descent cooler, you could do that easily. Else, if you would like an upgrade, you can go with I7 3770 or K, but only if your motherboard supports it.
