When I press the power button on my PC the fans and lights start, and I receive no display. Before this issue occurred my pc would appear to be running perfectly fine when all of a sudden it just resets. And before that issue, games would constantly crash, and my internet browsers would give me a message mentioning flash not working properly.

This all began upon installing NVIDIA's 332.21 Driver. At first I thought it was the GPU, then I thought it was the PSU (like perhaps my GPU wasn't receiving enough power). And now Im wondering if its a faulty Motherboard (considering the PC starts but won't turn off). And then I thought it was the Processor since I don't receive any BIOS on my display. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate the help. My hardware is listed below. Thanks.

OS - Windows 7
Motherboard - ASRock Z75 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z75
Processor - Intel Core i7-3770 Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz
GPU - GIGABYTE GV-N660OC-2GD GeForce GTX 660
PSU - CORSAIR CX series CX750 750W ATX12V
Memory - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB
HDD - SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD120BW 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State

My PC now won't even turn on unless I unplug the power cord from an outlet and re-plug it back in. My PC also won't allow my keyboard to work, so I'm not sure how I could update the BIOS.
