Hello fellows !

Today i bought "RADEON r7 240" graphics card.

I took my whole computer to shop to buy new graphic card.. the seller checked my computer and found that radeon r7 for me . He told it suits well and should not be any problems.. but ....

Installed it correctly .. started computer but my computer wont do "BEEP" anymore and monitor is black. Only monitor tiny led is flashing.

What's matter?

Old graphic card was "Nvidia geforce 605"

Computer:

Acer Aspire x1935

does the video card require power? Make sure you connect the power adapter properly or you might have this issue. Also do you have onboard display? Try removing the video card and see if you get any display.

i dont have power adapter on my new graphic card.
I already tried removing video card. It says check signal DVI cable.

Also, if they installed the card over at the shop and you brought it home, then try removing the card and installing it. It isn't hard, just don't touch the bottom and the side where all the solder joints are.
I just installed my 650 in my bedroom and brought the PC to install in the living room, and the card didn't work. I reseated it, and it works.
