I get low fps in minecraft (20 below)
It is weird because I can run bf4 on ultra with 50 to 60+ fps
I have the updated drivers for my graphics card. (AMD Catalyst 14.2 Beta 1.3)
max gpu temp. while playing minecraft is 59
my cpu temp while playing minecraft changes from 40-60%

My pc :
CPU: i5 3470
GPU: R9 280x
RAM: 8 GB
PSU: Seasonic M12II
MOBO: ASUS P8Z77-V LE PLUS

I added pixelmon and shaders mod to minecraft and they seem to run at 15-30 fps.

Any help would be appreciated :)

have you tried allocating more RAM to java? It's an option in the launcher under "Edit Profile", and then "JVM Arguments". put -Xmx2G in there and see how it runs.

Go into video settings and fiddle around with them. Pay special attention to the fps tab and make sure your put it to max fps.

How about updating to the latest versions of java on BOTH 32 and 64 bit versions. for some reason the auto-updater only seems to update one. what's your CPU/RAM/DISK usage looking like in task manager?
