Struggled with this problem for longer than I'd like to admit, practically all the hardware has been RMA'd since it was all under warranty when this started about a year and a half ago. I used to run windows 7, switched to 8 not too long ago and it's still here. I upped the dram from 1.5v to 1.65v in my bios and all was good, or so I thought. turns out the problem was still happening just not giving me an onscreen notification or black screening me but it's back to doing that. Really trying to get this sorted out before ESO comes out! I was somehow able to play the beta from level 1-7 problem free last night and then I woke up today to the same old issues >.<
