I don't know if the psu I'm getting will run the system I'm building.

Im using,
AMD 8350FX 4 Ghz cpu

Gigibyte GV-R290x 4gb graphics card

Gigibyte GA-990FXA-UD5 Motherboard

Thermaltake water 3.0 extreme cpu cooler

LG internal super multi drive

Samsung 840 EVO 500Gb ssd

Corsair vengeance 16 Gb 1600 2 stick ddr3 memory

Right now I'll be using a 750 watt corsair rm 80+ gold psu

like the previous reply, I would also say a 750W or higher would be ok. if you want to be future proof choose maybe 1000W

If you already bought the RM 750 PSU, you will be fine. Don't worry about it.
If you haven't yet, there are better options. For single gpu setups, a 650w power supply is plenty. Get power supplies from well-known brands (Antec, Corsair HX, AX series, Seasonic or XFX)
