What PSU would you recommend to this build:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.50GHz

RAM: 4,00GB Single-Channel DDR2 399MHz

MOTHERBOARD: FUJITSU SIEMENS MS-7504VP-PV (CPU 1)

STORAGE: 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EACS-07D6B1 ATA Device (SATA)

GPU: LL 3220T (1920x1080@60Hz)
1024MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 (Sapphire/PCPartner)

My current Power Supply is 400W MAX but i don't know the brand.

I recommend to stay with the same one, unless you're upgrading something else within the build.

I have to change it because it makes a bit loud and weird noise which it shouldn't. Also, my pc is like 7 years old and i can't upgrade anything but the PSU, Optical Drive and stuff like that.

I don't mind the noise. It's just that it makes this weird noise, loud noise which it never made before.
So, you think i should get the Corsaid CX430 or do you think i should get another one?

CX 430 would work and yes, what case and model number as SR-71 Blackbird asked.
Gotta make sure the new PSU will fit in there.
