This issue seems to have just popped up out of nowhere in the last few days. When I open up the task manager to monitor my processes, anytime I select an individual process, the entire selected line blinks. It blinks on average once every second with firefox, and a little slower on other items. But, they all blink when selected no matter if in use or not.
I haven't noticed this affecting my computer in anyway, but it is a strange and troubling symptom to appear from nowhere.
I would really appreciate some help on this, thanks.
