Hello,
I'm shopping for RAM, and I'm looking for 1866mhz; cas latency 9 or less; 1.5V or less. With the rebate, this looks like a decent deal from Fry's assuming it has native CL9: http://www.frys.com/product/7333384?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG
I see there it has Base timings and Tested timings. What're the differences, and how does it affect CPU overclocking? I'm not interested in RAM overclocking, if that helps.
Thank you.
