GTX 650 For Gaming?

Hey im building a cheap pc to do gaming and was wondering if the GeForce GTX 650 paired with an AMD Athlon x4 3.5 Ghz could play games such as Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty Ghosts at 720p on medium at 50+ fps. I have an old 720p monitor that ill be using for the build, and I will most likely be overclocking the card.

I use a GTX 650 with a worse CPU with a 1080p monitor and it runs most games at least medium at 60fps so you shouldn't have a problem with a 720p monitor. You could probably play most games on high to be honest.
