Basically I got all of my new parts for Christmas and for some odd reason whilst playing games like BF4 , I get drops from 120 fps down to 34-40 then It shoots back up which causes constant lag and so forth on other games. I have tried reinstalling drivers and Updating them , I have also tried to lower the settings in game but still get the lag spikes but no difference, It would be greatly appreciated if some one can help me out thanks.
