I do have an Wifi USB Adapter (Belkin N300 Micro Wireless USB Adapter (http://www.belkin.com/us/F7D2102-Belkin/p/P-F7D2102/ )), but when I play Battlefield 4 with it, it just sucks and I lose connection alot in the middle of the game. So I have decided to look up some PCI parts that I could add to the motherboard but when I look up (I look up on Microcenter), they all say things like "Doesn't have the drivers for Windows 8". Does anyone know of any good/reasonable PCI cards that I could install that works with WIndows 8 and will let me play Battlefield 4, lag free?

Possible thoughts you may have :

Maybe internet speed isnt well enough? - No, at my fathers has nearly perfect connection speed, as he must have good internet to run a business.

Distance from computer and router is too extended? - No, as I play usually right beside the route (FYI, cant use ethernet cable because all slots are taken for other devices)

Router isnt good enough? - No, as I said, my father runs his own business which means he needs top of the line material.

If you need my PC specs, please ask and I will be more than happy to post them.

Ok, thank you. I was going to respond by saying, when I click on the link to go to the Microsoft website, it looked like wasn't reviewed very well. But thanks very much. Take as much time as you need

An ethernet cable goes normally right into the motherboard i/o panel and should have nothing to do with "slots being taken"?!

Another good option afiak is the next,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/tp-link-wireless-network-card-tlwn822n
still an usb device but because of the cable can you move it around which might give a better signal,it also has antenna's that can be set at a certain angle.Downside might be the green led that's blinking.
Normally do drivers that work on w7 work on w8 because of that they can use the same ones.Maybe that "compatibility mode" will work.

By that, I meant no more slots on the router, sorry for lack of information there.

And I also dont want to sound really picky, but would like to get one that I actually install into the motherboard.

You could use a switch, accespoint or router as accespoint there to increase the number of ports.

That's up to you,it's your pc and so it's about your preferences.

the next has still an antenna which can be moved around,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/edimax-wireless-network-card-ew7128gn
or for pcie
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/edimax-wireless-network-card-ew7612pin
or with a wifi set-up button (easy set-up),
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-wireless-network-card-pcen53
or for pci,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/tp-link-wireless-network-card-tlwn851nd (dual antenna)
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/tp-link-wireless-network-card-tlwn951n (triple antenna)

A $20 switch would solve that.
