Also if its not there I already have it or do not want/need it

Solution
Don't need a Z87 chipset if you can't overclock
Put a 1600 RAM in there
Better PSU for cheaper

I think I am going to go with your solution because I do not wish to overclock and I like how I can keep most of the parts I picked there is just one questions I have: The case I am not partial to it I just saw its good ratings but after I look at the message PCPart Picker gave I was worried because it said I may need to remove some drive bays. I am ok with this but will I be able to fit 2 HDDs and 1 optical drive in the machine?

You will be required to not install any HDD in the upper half of the cage order to fit the Gigabyte GTX 760
The case has a GPU clearance of 230mm with HDD, 330mm without HDD.
http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/112-tempest-210-case
The GPU has a length of 294.9 mm

The GPU will fit as long as you move your storage devices to the bottom half of the HDD cage.

Will I still be able to put a optical drive in the upper part of the case? Also does the mobo support USB 3.0?

I used your list as a guide when I went to microcenter here is what I got:

Intel Core i5 4670K (Stock Cooler)
GTX 760 MSi Twin Frozr Gaming Editon
ASRock Z87 Extreme Pro4
Corsair 200R
Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600
Corsair CX Series 600W PSU
2x Color Master Blue LED fan 120mm (on top of the case pulling air out)
I had a 1tb hdd and a 500gb hdd laying around that I put in the build. So far its running everything I throw at it. Metro: Last Light runs smooth on Normal-High. Crysis 2 ultra runs smooth. I will post pics soon!
