I purchased a Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB DDR3 Video Card for use in my CQ5600Y PC.
My PC model number is listed as one that it will work on.
It does Nothing. It is not recognize by windows. It doesn't exist. Sapphire replaced it and the new card 'doesn't exist' to the operating system.
Any suggestions about how to get it to work?
Is there a way that my bio settings are not correct?
