I need a new computer badly and I need help choosing the best parts, I don't have much experience with this.

Most important to least important: Gaming, Surfing the web, Videos, Music.

I would love to run about any game with at least 40 fps on high if possible

Are you overclocking? No.

Do you need an OS? Yes.

Do you need a monitor? No.

Do you need a mouse or keyboard? No, But I want better ones than i have right now, I would love a few suggestions, but it should not take away from the budget.

I have a build that costs too much but is about what i'm looking for, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3avGF

Went just over what you drew up, but hopefully used it to make improvements if you do find the extra $$ for your build. Otherwise I'm sure a better option will be posted for you.

The only problem is that i don't have a close store to pick up the processor, so it goes up to 200 dollars, and it shoots it up to 900$ which is nearly the same with the build in my link, so i dont think it will work for me

There are better solutions to your problem out there, hopefully one of the more experienced builders on this forum has some ideas.
