If you want to stay amd r9 270($200), if nvidia then gtx 660($200) or maxwell gtx 750ti ($150). These cards should give you medium of about 60fps but you might need to stretch your budget if you want 90fps, although anything over 60fps wont help at all.

Well I ambition is start streaming on twitch so I want the ability to have a stable system in order to give a decent stream. So If the difference of 60 to 90 fps makes no difference for streaming then I have my answer.

Just to save you a bit of trouble and money. Before you start this journey into streaming. You must be able to at-least stream 720p at 60FPS to have anyone even think about your channel, and two must have something to offer viewers other than just the same experience everyone else is giving them. So if your doing this upgrade just to stream don't waste the money I hate to crush dreams but odds are that you won't have a successful experience with streaming. If you are dead set on this idea than go ahead but BF4 is a terrible place to start streaming that game has its already foun streamers and no new streamers are making there way up they just sit at the bottom with the other thousands of streamers.

The "anything over 60fps" is just an argument that people have been fighting over for years. Some people say that the human eye cant see over 60 fps and that 60hz monitors cant go past 60 fps because its pointless since they cant refresh fast enough. I don't agree with that. I have a 60hz monitor and (for me at least) it seems smoother when I play at 150 fps. If I cap the fps at 60, its still smooth, but I think theres a slight difference.

You misunderstand. by the demand of stream viewers if you see the channels that are popular they advertise 60+FPS for games. That is what i was referring to not this argument on whether 60 FPS is or isn't a noticeable
